Energies Ltd is an Oil Marketing Company based in Western Kenya incorporated in
2011 under the Kenya Companies Act. Our business operations include
importation, distribution, warehousing and sale of quality petroleum products
and LPG.
About
the role
Green Wells
Energies Ltd is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate Marketing
Manager who will build a brand awareness and marketing initiatives through
close coordination with sales & marketing team to achieve the company
objectives.
The ideal
candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing
and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the Oil & Gas
industry.
What you
will do
- Develop and execute the overall
marketing strategy and guidelines to ensure consistent brand awareness and
visual identity in the market in line with the company objectives.
- Oversee the creation of
compelling brand content along with the I.T team including website
visibility, marketing campaigns and advertisements, social media content.
- Monitor brand performance and
marketing KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for
improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and
marketing team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and
strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest
marketing trends and technologies, customer needs and recommend innovative
approaches through market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure all marketing activities
comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitor the marketing budget
and ensure activities remain within allocated expenditure plan.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in
marketing, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of
branding principles, marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills
and fluency in written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Ability to take proactive
initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethics, high
integrity and honesty, and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent planning and
organizational skills.
- Good people management skills.
